FAQ

WHAT IS THE COST?

Pricing is based on the amount of hours on site, the distance from our location and other factors (such as very late start times).


Please fill out the form on our pricing page to receive an immediate estimate. Once you receive your estimate you can request a formal quote specific to your event date and time via form, email [email protected] or phone 605-610-9269.


Your formal quote may be higher or lower than your estimate depending on:

  • # of Days On Site
  • Your Location
  • Hour of the Day/Night Your Event Takes Place
HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN I HAVE?

You can have up to a maximum of 10 participants per group. Groups can be as small as 3 participants.

HOW LONG IS EACH GROUP'S TIME SLOT?

Plan for 30 minutes per group. Try to have groups arrive 5 minutes prior to their assigned time slots to avoid any delays. Each group will receive a mission brief and instructions before they enter the Escape Room. The actual escape room clock is set for 22 minutes.

DO YOU REQUIRE POWER/ELECTRICAL HOOKUP?

No, power hookup is not required. If the temperature is below 60 degrees we optimally plug into (1) standard outlet (110/120V) withing 200 feet of our parking space so that we have quieter operation.  

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

Escape Unit comes on site with their fully enclosed escape room and sets up nearest to your activities, typically parked just outside the door. We need about 65 – 70 Ft of length to setup. Please make every effort to keep a designated spot open for approach and parking.

IS IT HEATED/AIR CONDITIONED?

Yes, the unit has climate control for all seasons.

DO PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

No, participants only need to bring their wits and problem-solving skills!

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE ESCAPE ROOM?
  • Non-alcoholic non-glass drinks are permitted.
  • Phones are permitted, though we ask you don't take pictures and share while in the game.
  • Purses, backpacks, coats and other personal articles are permitted.
